i rly need to sleep but i cant fall asleep

 i know i am tired and i need sleep but i am not sleeping cos i just cant ???? like my brain and body needs rest but my brain also keeps reminding me that i have sm stuff to do so i just dont sleep peacefully. ok i will go and actl try to sleep but laying on my bed and shutting my eyes tight. sometimes i js fall asleep in like 15 seconds after going to bed and other days i take like 10 mins or even 30 mins at times,, my body so weird

also i cant sleep past 7am.. i am just built in a a way i have to get off my bed and wake up by 7am,, so even of i falls asleep at 5 am, i wake up at 7am?? and then maybe take a nap in the middle of the day cos i need my 8 hours (even tho they are scattered throughout the day yk) my body clock can be so fixed at times i hate it but oh well at least i am less reliant on alarms
