1. Song of the year?

SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM. lemme look at the billboard charts and my spotify wrapped lol. IM BACK LMAO BILLBOARD HOT 100 IS JUST CHRISTMAS SONGS. based on my spotify wrapped, i played feel my rhythm 65 times which made it my 2nd most played song of all time LMAO. so yeah, feel my rhythm by red velvet. i mean it's a VERY good song. the sampled air on a g string was done so well. but, ive and taylor swift had some BANGERS this year but feel my rhythm takes the cake i think.

2. Album of the year?

it says album so i cant pick ive's latest comeback LOL (ive pls release album, i've had it with your singles comeback). anyway, i have 2 to choose from: midnights (by taylor swift) and harry's house (by harry styles). UGH it's so difficult.. i think- midnights because the anticipation building up to the album release was great. i think this is the first time i was anticipating an album release. and the album is actually quite good, i mean the sound is quite mellow but i really liked the maturer (?) parts of the album and after a while the album really grew on me. i mean same for harry's house but i think the anticipation for taylor's album just enhanced the whole experience.

3. Favorite musical artist / group you started listening to this year?

g-idle ig? their tomboy comeback was very poppy? idk how to explain it. i liked the concept and the grp as a whole. also nxde is REALLYY good. i love songs that have deeper meanings behind them. and the way they speak their mind and how they have a lot of creative freedom regarding their songwriting. 

4. Movie of the year?

uhh.. was everything everywhere all at once released this year? ok i checked. it was. uh how do i begin to describe everything everywhere.. it's very overwhelming ig? but the sfx is really very good. like they had less budget than marvel and still managed to pull off an emotional rollercoaster that had a better story than marvel's multiverse of madness (which was poo). i recommend yall watch it but it is confusing. very interesting though

5. TV show of the year? (anime is counted right?)

i didn't watch any tv shows that were released this year i think. wait i think i watched aot final season part 294381924. that was good. i literally have only one descriptor word. i actually thought that would be the FINAL final season yk but it wasn't because mappa is animating every single anime rn. aot plottwist was really nice and i love the characters (especially hange duh). can't wait for the final season (hopefully the last one) next year :D

6. Episode of tv or webisode that defined the year for you?

like i said i didn't watch a lot of tv series this year but DEFINED the year? this year was the worst so probably episode 11 of flower of evil cus that made me BAWLL. guess what else made me cry? this whole year. thank you 2022 for your neverending kindness <3333 muah

7. Favorite actor of the year?

actor of the year? um probs the guy that acted as namor i think his name is tenoch or something. ya i love namor, i love him. the end.

8. Game of the year?

i didn't play any new games this year so ig i'll just pick the one i always play. minecraft. :>

9. Best month for you this year?

BEST MONTH? UM- none of them. jk lemme think... i think nov cus i went out with friends a lot and it was really fun. if school month, august because ndp and ndc were the events of the year man

10. Something you want to do again next year?

last hearts and hugs day next year so gotta make it meaningful also i gotta go to the beach and karaoke again man

11. Talk about a new friend you made this year

didn't make a lot of new friends offline but online quite a lot. so grateful to my one online friend that is insane as me,, didn't think those ppl existed xoxo (jk they do, swetha is one of them)

12. How was your birthday this year?

GOOD. a group of people decided to use their pocket money and bought me a present i really wanted so thank you guys. i love yall. also the way they wanted to give it to me was really funny so thanks :D

13. Favorite book you read this year?

THE SEVEN HUSBANDS OF EVELYN HUGO. like it did not have to slay that hard. im actually planning to reread it. i'd do ANYTHING for evelyn omg. anyway small book review here. i love the characters and how nuanced they are. like evelyn made some bad choices but the way she learnt from it and told us about it was so great. also, writing style. mhm. (second fav goes to mistborn the final empire)

14. What’s a bad habit you picked up this year?

using my phone in the toilet. trying to break it.

17. A memorable meal this year?

jollibee with my friend from crescent and cedar. we talked about the most RANDOM things LMAOOO

18. What’re you excited about for next year?

SPIDERMAN ACROSS THE SPIDERVERSE. been waiting since 2018 and the trailer looks really promising i really really can't wait. (also graduation)

19. What’s something you learned this year?

that i shouldn't underestimate people because i always do that and then im surprised that they know this and that. moral of the story: don't underestimate people

20. What’s something new about your place of residence (room, home, or general location) now vs the start of the year?

me. im new hi hello. this version of me is VERY different than the start of the year. yeahhh....

21. Favorite place you visited this year?

palawan beach. so beautiful especially with friends. 10/10 recommended. also victoria concert hall has no reason to be that beautiful

22. If you could send a message to yourself back on the first day of the year, what would it be?

don't be scared because you're in a new class. we're fine. life's gonna be really hard this year so don't be nervous about trying to make friends.

23. Did you keep any New Year’s Resolutions?

no. new year resolutions has this way of making you think you can achieve it and then in the first week you fail.

24. Did you create any characters (in games, art, or writing) this year? Describe one.

um so in my pusheen-verse, my sister created a character called kolan/kulan (we still haven't decided on her name's spelling yet) and i created a character called rey who's sole purpose is to annoy kolan. also an octopus named mar that likes sitting on other living organisms. mutualism fr.
