i just wanna tell you something

okok another day of blogging duirng historyyyy HEHE so i was just thinking about how people can be so disappointing like esp in the aspect of leadership. everyone disappoints when it comes to leadership. good leadership is so rare like i have only seen like a handful of good leaders in cedar iw to cry. some of my friends who are leaders do a TERRIBLE job of being one but i dont give them feedback and they just continue being terrible (WOI THEN TELL LA)... like not everyone is receptive of feedback yk? also i want to avoid conflict so :((  but like i cant expect them to js get hit by self realisation and suddenly improve themselves also...idk everyone should evaluate themselves and do better and be less disappointing. like you have a role for a reason right? why take it up if you cant commit urslef to it and be responsible? haiz issok everyone makes mistakes we are all humans its fine but consistency hahahahahah i absolutely despise people with no consistency like what??????? 

anyway i forgot to post this and now i’m at home with a headache 🤡🤡🤡🤡 2 more days to circus 🎪
